Mint Condition = As good as new.
Near Mint Condition = may have minor scratches or dirt on the case. No tape defects.
Good Condition = may have scratches on the case or minor broken case (eg. corner broken). No tape defects.
Poor Condition = may have a major case fault or a minor tape fault.
Crap Condition = no case or major tape fault - You won't find these for sale here!
