The DVD says:

Loaded with skis and beer, eight excited medical students eagerly set off to a remote cabin in the snow topped Norwegian Mountains for some snow sports and drunken fun during their Easter break. Expecting drinking, sledding and flirtation, the mood suddenly changes as a local hiker wraps on their cabin door revealing that they have come to the wrong resort as deep in the hills lay an unthinkable evil. The area that they are holidaying in was used by the Nazis during the German occupation of Norway in World War II. For three years the Nazis murdered, raped and pillaged until a vengeful uprising by a merciless mob drove them out of Oksford and into the nearby mountains where they allegedly froze to death, never to be heard of again. Spooked by their strange visitor the students discover a box of Nazi gold in the cabin which raises the zombi Nazis who return to reclaim their treasure – with delightful and deadly results!

My Opinion:

If I told you that this Norwegian film was a cross between Evil Dead and Night of the Living Dead, you'd assume I was exaggerating. But this was a real pleasure to watch and has to be up there with the best zombie movies ever made. Though filmed to a tight budget, the production values are very polished with make-up and special effects to rival the biggest budget horror. The introduction to the zombie fodder cast was a little slow, but it does set the scene for the massacre to come and the great selection of music tracks more than make up for it. And when it came to the zombie "battle" finale, the film really stood out from the rest! With enough laughs and gore for 5 films this should be in any horror fans collection. The DVD extras consist of a great selection of informative and fun featurettes and all the trailers for the film.
