My Opinion:

I was slightly disappointed by this film though I really cannot put my finger on why. The special effects are generally excellent, but the story seems to be fairly predictable which I found detracted from what could have been a horror classic. You can definitely feel the connection with House On Haunted Hill and Thirteen Ghosts though this is not a remake like the other two (note: there have been other films called Ghost Ship, but they are not related). The DVD has a few nice extras, but is not over laden.
