An eccentric world renowned eye surgeon (Dr. Chaney) has been experimenting with the possibility of transplanting eyes from one human to another. His work is now obsession. He blames himself for a car accident that left his daughter blind and in a series of gruesome operations attempts to restore her sight. One night his daughters fiance Dan visits and with the help of his assistant they drug him into unconsciousness, remove both his eyes and transplant them to his daughter. ...Her sight is restored, but only for a short time. My Opinion:

This movie sends a shiver down my spine. The make-up is excellent and really looks like the victims have had their eyes dug out. Now for the bad news... The movie is old and looking a bit worn around the edges and is tedious in places. Now for the even worse news... The DVD only has a Photo Library (a collection of stills taken from the film) as an extra. Bummer.
