It's been three years since Jude Madigan deserted her husband Robert and her three sons -Kes, 12, Michael, 10 and 6-year-old Ben without even a goodbye or explanation, and the scars have almost healed. The boys have finally put the trauma behind them and Robert is planning to marry a warm and supportive woman, the assistant principal at Kes's school. When Jude unexpectedly walks back into their lives begging forgiveness, and determined to reunite with her husband and children, Robert is stunned.
