The Video says:

Suddenly they were surrounded by the living dead, and the groaning horde of flesh-eating ghouls made the night the longest and most terrifying in movie history... It began quietly, serenely, with a brother and sister's visit to their family cemetery. The first attack came without warning, forcing Barbara to leave her brother lying bloodied and unconscious while she ran for refuge in a farmhouse nearby. Soon, there were seven desperate souls huddled against the gathering darkness. Seven people with nothing in common but their terror of the hideous cannibals who clawed unceasingly at their windows and doors. Throughout the night, the ravenous dead rose from their graves with an insatiable appetite for living human flesh. They pounded the doors and battered the walls, their force increasing by the sheer weight of their numbers. George Romero's "NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD" transcended the world of B movies to become a film classic hailed by audiences throughout the world. Now, through the magic of the revolutionary Colorization process, the ghouls, the gore, all the nightmarish, bone-chilling action is brought to you in full, un-living colour.

My Opinion:

This is a classic movie, which broke barriers and set George A. Romero on his road to zombie success. The Colorization technique that has been used on this version just about works. There are times that you forget that the film was originally filmed in black and white, but there are other times that the colours just don't look right. Still, it's a classic, which every horror fan should see.
