My Opinion:
The extremely poor quality of this DVD lets down a mediocre movie. The picture and sound are worse than what you can get on video. But as it was cheap and the film isn't total crap, so it doesn't get the the lowest bloody heart rating, but certainly doesn't deserve more than the bargain basement rating.
